Deprogramming Traps
When doing system work, don’t get caught in phenomenology (the person’s internal world and structures). If you encounter demonic structures such as chess games, alarm systems, bombs, computers, subway systems and etc., know that they are meant to deter the work. The enemy wants you to focus on the phenomena and get stuck. We suggest you try this approach instead:
- Ask God to reveal what needs to be done to have it removed. Do vows or covenants need to be broken? Perhaps a memory needs to be revealed.
- Bind and set aside the ruling spirit over the phenomena. Don’t cast out until God permits.
- Give the structure to God.
- The Christian host needs to call all alters represented in the phenomena off their jobs.
- Ask God to remove the demonic exterior wrapped around their alters so they can recover their true identity and recognize that they belong to the host’s body, not the perpetrators who created the split.
